Branch Operations

For the health and well-being of our members and staff, our lobbies are temporarily closed. However, our drive-thrus are open for business from 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday and from 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.

All teller transactions, including Shared Branch transactions, may be conducted in the drive-thrus. For additional services, please contact us. 

We are also available by phone and email to assist you during regular office hours. 

Remote and Electronic Services

Our remote and electronic services continue to be available 24/7.

  • Drive Thru - for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balance inquiries and loan payments. If you have a specific need, please contact the Credit Union prior to visiting the drive-thru.
  • Virtual Branch Home Banking – monitor your accounts, pay your bills, make loan payments and more. You may also transfer funds within your own accounts or to other accounts with Enhanced Transfer.
  • Virtual Branch Bill Pay - manage all your bills online.
  • Mobile App - available at no charge on all Apple­® and Android™ devices. You must have Virtual Branch Home Banking to access the mobile app.
  • ATM – deposits, withdrawals and make transfers within your own account. If you need to make a loan payment, simply write instructions on the deposit envelope and we’ll take it from there.
  • PAT, our Phone Automated Teller (800.391.9007) – for deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balance inquiries and loan payments.
  • Night Drop – our Thalia location offers a night deposit area with envelopes wherein you can make deposits. Deposits will be credited on the following business day.
