SecureNow: Extra Security With One-Time Passcodes
Because cybercrime continues to evolve, we are adding new security measures to help protect your online banking.
SecureNow uses a one-time passcode to verify your identity when you log in. This extra step helps prevent unauthorized access to your account and keeps your personal and financial information safe.
Enrollment Instructions
Effective March 17th
- Log in with your current credentials
Use your existing username and password to access Virtual Branch Home Banking.
- Select Phone & Notification Method
Select the phone number where you want to receive your one-time passcode (OTP). Choose whether to receive the OTP via text message or phone call.
- Verify your phone with OTP
You’ll receive a text or phone call with a numerical code. Enter it in the “Enter verification code” box.
- Add Profile Information
You will then be prompted to enter the phone number used to receive the OTP as an additional security step. This step is only required during the initial enrollment.
- Complete your login
After completing Step 4, you’ll be logged into Virtual Branch Home Banking and can continue your session as usual.
- Future logins
Use your username and security code/password as usual. You may be asked for an OTP on future logins for added security.
